Ken Randall, CEO and President of iLawVentures
Ken Randall is CEO/President of iLawVentures, LLC. Randall was dean of The University of Alabama School of Law for twenty years prior to joining InfiLaw in 2013, a period of significant transformation at Alabama’s law school. Dean Randall practiced law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He holds the J.D. from Hofstra, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review; the LL.M. from Yale; and the LL.M. and J.SD. from Columbia. He also has taken Executive Education courses at the Business Schools of Harvard and Columbia.
Employing best business practices and strategic decision-making, Randall’s administrative team helped propel Alabama to a Top 25 law school ranking. Alabama generated entrepreneurial streams of revenue through innovative distance education programs. He has helped create or transform online programs at multiple institutions. Randall was the first Chair of the Technology Committee of the ABA Section of Legal Education.
Aron Mujumdar, Director of Operations
Aron Mujumdar is the Director of Operations for iLawVentures. After teaching Public International Law and International Trade Law in Ethiopia, Aron returned to the U.S. to direct the innovative online LL.M. program in U.S. Law at Florida Coastal School of Law. It was the first online LL.M. program designed to teach U.S. law to attorneys educated outside of the United States. At iLawVentures, Aron supports business development and strategy and oversees the operations of programming and technology.
