The InfiLaw System is a consortium of independent, community based law schools that is establishing itself as a leader in making legal education more responsive to the realities of new career dynamics.
It's mission is to establish student-centered, ABA accredited law schools in underserved markets that graduate students with the skills of a second-year associate and achieve true diversity programs focused on student academic and career success.
InfiLaw generally administers non-academic core functions, but also fosters a wide range of best practice improvements in collaboration with the deans, faculty and staff. In addition, InfiLaw provides an ongoing commitment to encouraging innovation, facilitating law school quality, fostering a humility-based culture, continuously improving the academic profile and outcomes of each school and securing funding for new campuses.
The consortium law schools operate as independent institutions, managing all admissions and academic programs and appointing faculty and staff. The administration, faculty and staff are committed to providing a student-centered environment that achieves student success from the academic program and bar exam to job placement and continuing education throughout their career.
To establish these law schools as regional centers of excellence, each InfiLaw school has its own regional board of trustees to advise on policy for its institution. InfiLaw’s National Policy Board includes national and international authorities in law, education, government and business. The board provides counsel on the strategic direction and long-term plans for the InfiLaw system of independent law schools and will assist in the institution of best practices to the benefit of all the law schools.
